Despite the fact that xQc has been a gamer his whole life, his career as an online celebrity did not begin with Overwatch. In February 2020, xQc announced that he is sponsored by the company Verizon. And, in 2021, G FUEL and xQc collaborated to create a G FUEL flavor dubbed “The Juice.”

xQc is fluent in both French and English. He grew up speaking French and learning simple English in classes, but most of his English comes from his time in the gaming world.

What Awards has xQc won?
XQc was already nominated for many awards throughout his career as a professional player and high-level streamer. In 2017, he was awarded MVP of the Overwatch World Cup after leading Team Canada to the event’s final. He was nominated for Streamer of the Year at the 2018 Esports Awards (which Ninja won). The following year he was nominated for Streamer of the Year at the Canadian Game Awards in 2020.
