Equipment
Hitomi Mochizuki's videos move between reflective lifestyle diaries, creative routines, and solo travel, often combining quiet everyday scenes with personal conversations. Her filming equipment includes the Sony FX3 cinema camera, identified in earlier content and potentially visible again in her June 2026 Japan vlog. Before the Sony, she used the Canon EOS 80D DSLR, which also appears in her older setup photos.
For audio, Hitomi's earlier equipment includes the RØDE VideoMic GO II on-camera microphone, while more recent footage suggests a move toward wireless recording. A compact transmitter visible in her June 2026 video closely resembles the DJI Mic Mini, making it her likely newer wireless microphone, although the exact model remains unconfirmed.

About
Hitomi Mochizuki is an American YouTuber, model, and lifestyle creator whose videos explore self-care, spirituality, personal growth, and everyday life. She began her YouTube career in 2013 with fashion, thrifting, and outfit videos before gradually shifting toward wellness, mental health, plant-based living, and more personal storytelling.
Her content often blends candid conversations with quiet daily routines, creative projects, cooking, and reflections on relationships and self-worth. Rather than keeping a strictly instructional format, Hitomi shares her own experiences and evolving perspectives, with an emphasis on mindfulness and living more intentionally.
Alongside her lifestyle and wellness videos, she documents solo travel and time spent in nature, including backpacking journeys and reflective travel diaries through Japan and Europe. Her more recent Introvert Diaries videos continue this approach, combining personal storytelling with moments from everyday life.
